The program is designed as a management tool for an appliance rental/furniture leasing business. C-Traxx Renter is designed for fast access to information and is client-centric in its design. The interface is easy to learn and is user intuitive.
C-Traxx Renter holds customer relations information including contact records, financial transactions, quotes, addresses, marketing information, credit and occupation detail. The program is capable of automated recurring charges, producing invoices, statements, and recording payments. It provides debtor control features and acts as a basic cashbook. It also records inventory and is capable of producing management information such as Return on Asset, % of Time Rented, etc. It has a depreciation calculator to allow the depreciation of all stock annually and can produce a depreciation schedule for end of year accounts.
The program can has built-in calculators for Rent to Own/Hire Purchase transactions including conversion from a rental transaction to a hire purchase.
C-Traxx Renter has a built-in merge feature to allow client information to merge with contracts, letters, etc. (requires MS Word) either singularly or as a bulk mail merge of selected clients. Also print labels for inventory either singularly or as a batch of selected items.
Fully configurable Dropdown lists, Sales taxes, and system defaults take the donkey work out of most of the calculations.
Optional login control to restrict user access to reports and system configuration.
Comprehensive reporting including Financial performance, Demographics, Inventory control.
The system is designed as a network capable program but is just as much at home operating on a single machine. Easily expandable to a multiple machine scenario.
Support can be offered via email or for hands on access over a VPN giving fast solutions should any problem arise.
Can be purchased as Full version or as Rental only or Hire Purchase only capability.
